How to order

Placing an order on SieradenCorner.nl is very simple. Here we will show you step by step how to place an order on SieradenCorner.nl.

Step 1: First you search in our web shop and find the item that you are looking for. On the page of the article you select how many items you want and click on order.

Step 2: You will now be redirected to your cart. You can choose to continue shopping by clicking on ‘Continue Shopping’. To complete your order, click on checkout.

Step 3: During the checkout, you will be asked to fill in some personal information. We need this information to send the order to your address. On the same page, you can select a payment method.  After that you can check your order. If everything is filled in correctly, click on checkout. Your order has been placed and you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order.

Tracking your order

We send our items whenever possible by standard mail. If the ordered product is too big it will be shipped by parcel delivery. Almost all of our shipments are delivered with Track & Trace.

Cancelling your order

If you want to cancel an order, it’s best to contact us. This can be done via our contact form.

If your order has not been sent, your order will be cancelled immediately. You will get a confirmation by email.

When the order has already been sent or you already have the jewellery in your possession, then you can send the jewellery back to us within 14 days. First, make sure you meet the conditions of return on the Returns and Warranty page. For the return address please contact us.
